Reclamation Rights


You have the right to refuse the contract with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) bussiness days from the day of delivery of the goods purchased on epiltech.com.

To cancel your contract of sale you must use the Reclamation Form at the bottom of the page.

In this case all products which are the subject of the reclamation must be sent within ten (10) bussiness days from the day you received the goods.

You will have to pay the shipping only if you decide to use another courier company, different than that one indicated by the Seller. In case you decide to use the courier company indicated by the Seller, the shipping cost will be at our expense.

If you want to make use of your Reclamation Right the following conditions have to be available:
a. The Reclamation form must be properly completed and submitted to the Seller within ten (10) bussiness days from the day you received the goods;
b. the products must not have been used or damaged;
c. the security seal must be intact because it is part of the good;
d. all products which are the subject of the reclamation must be sent in full set with documentation and packaging;
e. all products must be returned to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept products, parts of the same order, that are not delivered with the same shipment;
f. all products which are the subject of the reclamation must be sent within ten (10) bussiness days from the day you received the goods.

If you have followed the regulations correctly the Seller shall pay you back the amounts paid for the purchase of products.

The reclamation, including the defects, will be resolved without undue delay, not later than 30 calendar days from the date of filing.

If you do not follow the regulations, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be able to ask the reclamation, but you can have the products back, at your own expense, in the conditions the Seller received them. Otherwise, the Seller can keep the products.
